Managing to hit the right oak notes without overpowering the sweetness of the underliyng bourbon, batch A119 is one of the better ECBP releases.

Good review but haven’t seen yet. One place in Myrtle Beach is unloading the C918 for under $60 a bottle. I guess they need shelf space for the new A119? Other sin town at $90 to 100 and even saw a B517.
at $60, I’d probably clear the shelves of C918…or any batch, really.
Bill, It’s good to see some great bourbons are still available at reasonable prices while the Wellers and Pappy stuff just keep going up and up with crazy prices and most are not that good in comparison.
I couldn’t agree more!
Thanks for this review. I hope A119 is as good as the A117 I just finished. This A117 was just luscious. If I could get A117 all the time, it would be the only bourbon I enjoy. ? I’ve got a line on A119, should have them next week. Just opened a C917, little more heat on the finish than the A117. Hoping it calms down as time goes on.
Will HH re-introduce EC12 at a higher price point?
I doubt they do that any time soon , to be honest.
Bill, did you review A117?
I just picked up two A119s.
Don’t believe I have. I may have a bottle in the bunker, I’ll have to check.
