DEC 2 – Paddy Irish Whiskey 40% Cost = $20-25 Score: C
Nose: tart green apple, a grassy sweetness, honeysuckle with a touch of sourness on the nose
Taste: apple skin, grainy, touch of toffee, sprinkling of spice
Finish: short, fades quickly – wood peeks in with a cardboardy bitterness
Overall: an OK intro to Irish whiskey, maybe – but there are much better choices in my opinion for the price; this Irish blend (grain, malt, pot still) is not a purchase for me
