A Midwinter Night’s Dram, Act 5, Scene 5 (Bill’s Review, watch video for full notes)

Appearance: Burgundy-brown

Nose: Vanilla, light citrus, circus peanuts, caramel, cinnamon, ripe dark fruit, cloves

Palate: Black Pepper, warm spices, cinnamon, cloves, caramel, plenty of oak, dark berries

Finish: Long, warm, pleasing – Toffee, cloves, dark chocolate
