DEC 1 – Tullamore D.E.W. 18 Year Old 41.3% Cost = $120-130 Score: A-
Nose: fruity sweet, peach, apricot, citrus, brown sugar, vanilla, fruit cocktail syrup from the can, delicious nose
Taste: an orange-citrus tang, dark fruits, caramel with a touch of spice, really pleasant
Finish: medium-long, nothing off-putting with this whiskey, if there is a weakness it is on the finish – wish it were longer
Overall: consistent – have tasted multiple times over the years, really enjoy this dram; I always recommend this Irish single malt that has been finished in oloroso, port, and madeira casks
