Given the popularity of the recent 12 Year Wheated Bourbon Blind Tasting post, I thought we’d open up the forum to our readers a bit to determine our next blind tasting.
Would you like to see a blind comparison between two Buffalo Trace Barrel Proof bourbons in Stagg Jr. vs. E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof? How about two higher proof somewhat available wheaters in Old Weller Antique vs. Maker’s cask Strength? Something else?
Alternatively, do you want to read something form a new perspective? I’ve floated the idea to a few locals who are bourbon-o-philes like myself, and I could organize a small panel to blind-taste two or more bourbons.
