My browser won’t allow me to zoom far enough out to read the entire chart. Is there anyway it can be downloaded as a .pdf?

        Hi Ian,

There’s a newer version of this table from September, 2015. There is a PDF link below the table. You can find it here:

Very interested in Blanton’s single barrel grain bill/process. I’ve ‘heard’ that they also use a small amount of oats on what has been posted online. Do you have further insight on it’s bill or specifics related to processing? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Great site btw..

Thanks for reading! Harlen Wheatley is fairly open about the mash bills at buffalo trace. he has said there are only three bourbon mash bills…#1 (buffalo trace, e.h. taylor, eagle rare, etc). #2 is blantons, ET lee, ancent age, etc. the third is the wheated mash bill. He spoke pretty openly about it just last year at the Bourbon Society, and talked about what grains they used. never mentioned oats.

aside from that, I’ve seen them dump and bottle blantons at the distillery, and the barrels are simply marked “Mash Bill #2.” so if there are oats in Blanton’s, there would be oats in all of the bourbon they bottle with that mash bill. So I think it’s safe to safe there aren’t oats in Blanton’s.

        Hope that helps!
