DEC 8 – Roe & Co Blended Irish Whiskey 45% Cost = $35 Score: C+
Nose: musty sourness, pear, green apple, caramel, perfumed wood, not my favorite but better on revisits
Taste: dark caramel, apple skins, spice, chocolate, touch of pepper
Finish: medium-long, charred spice with a weird ending
Overall: reminds me of some finished Japanese whiskies, would not necessarily revisit at this point
