Led Zeppelin released its self titled debut album in the US on January 17, 1969, Obviously it went on to be a huge success, selling over 10 million copies in the US alone. If you do not own one of those 10 million copies, luckily Spotify recently added the entire Led Zeppelin catalog, and you can listen to Led Zeppelin 1 here.
To celebrate the 45th birthday of this legendary debut, there just happens to be a beer with a name inspired by the forth track of this album, Dazed and Confused. Boulder Beer out of Colorado has an American Pale Ale that goes by the name Hazed and Infused, that is actually quite good. This is not an Indian Pale Ale (IPA) so it is not quite as hoppy nor bitter, but it does provide an incredible piney hop aroma and a nice hop forward flavor but is much more session-able than your big IPA.
Tonight is the perfect night to enjoy a nice beer and get the Led out……Cheers!

I just tried another Boulder beer for the first time that I’m sure my co-founder would enjoy. It’s called Sweet Betty blonde. He is a big fan of wheat beers, and this fits right in.
