Evan Williams White Label
Evan Williams White Label clearly blurs the line between a budget bourbon and a premium.

What it is:
Evan Williams White label is a 4 year old Bottled-in-Bond bourbon produced by Heaven Hill’s New Bernheim distillery in Louisville, KY. It can be found in most markets, and is priced under $15. It is bottled at 100 proof.
- Appearance: Deep amber.
- Nose: Corn, Bakery Goods, Vanilla
- Taste: There are some early fruits, including apricot and banana, but they give way to traditional smoother bourbon flavors of vanilla, caramel, maple syrup, and oak.
- Finish: Surprisingly long and smooth, with black pepper and cloves.
- Score: 86/100.
Synopsis:
Evan Williams White Label clearly blurs the line between a budget bourbon and a premium. In fact, I’d wager that most palates would have a hard time declaring this a budget bourbon at all.It is smooth, flavorful, and worthy of a sip. At under $15, it may be among the best values in bourbon today.

This is always in my cabinet. Without a doubt, the best value in bourbon today. I don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t chip in the extra couple dollars and buy this over the EW Black.
I actually prefer this even over Jim Beam Black Label.
Excellent bourbon- The “budget” “type-cast” is misleading as the quality is very good for the price. Rivals many higher priced, well marketed/advertized (us empire propaganda) brands.
