Day Ten: Irish Whiskey Advent Calendar Countdown DEC 10 – Teeling Whiskey Small Batch    46%   Cost = $45   Score:  B- Nose:  apple, vanilla, slight spice, caramel, honey, lemon, can get the rum notes – the alcohol is present on the nose Taste:  dark caramel sweetness, spice, dark chocolate Finish:  tingly on the front of the tongue, wood spice, white pepper, good medium length Overall:  approximately six year old whiskey finished in rum casks for six months; not too much complexity here – like the Teeling Single Malt better Click the links below for the introduction and other Irish Whiskey…
