Apparently the wankers across the pond think that giving up drinking in the month of January is just a splendid idea. Dry January is a concept concocted by Campaign by Alcohol Concern in London. Now, if you have a problem with alcohol, I certainly agree that giving up alcohol, not only for the month, but permanently is very much advisable.
