In july of last year, we joined forces with The Party Source in Northern Kentucky to select a barrel of Knob Creek. The barrel we chose was distilled on Halloween, 2006, and we dubbed it our “Ghost Barrel.”
Recently, I was looking through files on my camera’s SD card and Lo and behold! I had shot a bunch of video from Clermont during the pick. Here it is!
Bill is the Co-Founder, Editor-in Chief, and official Bourbon-o-Phile for ModernThirst.com, and Founder and Chief Blending Officer for Four Gate Whiskey Company. He is a native of Louisville, KY in the heart of Bourbon Country. He attended the University of Kentucky in the mid to late 1990s. He has also been published on Liquor.com.
