Most Sought After Beers of 2015

    MattBy MattFebruary 18, 20151 Comment1 Min Read

This is a photo of the lone 2014 KBS in the ModernThirst compound, It looks so lonely, we must find some friends for him.

KBS is a rare offering from Founders that comes out in April, and it is a delicious experience that all beer lovers should have.  It comes out in April, so lets see if we can get our hands on some.

    As Founders themselves describe it:

What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

KBS was included in Gary Glancy’s post on Craftbeer.com along with Barrel-Aged Abraxas from Perennial Artisan Ales, Dark Lord from 3 Floyds Brewing Co. Pliny the Younger from Russian River Brewing Co. and Sexual Chocolate from Foothills Brewing Co.

By all means try to get some of these great rare offerings, and if you happen to get more than one, ModernThirst is always accepting gifts.
