We hop this at a rate of 3lbs/bbl to rev up peach, mango, and passionfruit notes. 7.2% ABV 75 IBU Aroma Not a lot going on here. Sublte hopiness and a little grassy. A fantastic tradition in the Queen City is Memorial Day Weekend’s Taste of Cincinnati. It is an annual celebration of the region’s great restaurants, with some of their more famous dishes served in tasty sample sizes, for about a buck a bite. Man-O-Awe Three Floyds Brewing American Pale Ale Uses only Michigan Grown Hops 6% ABV Aroma Very balanced aroma…starts with a nice sweet floral hops. The malt comes in quickly to balance it out with a nice caramel and earthy scent.
