So after two weeks of hype, analysis and controversy, Super Bowl Sunday is finally here. I think we would all prefer to have this game be on a Saturday, so we could really keep the party going without regard to the dreaded Monday morning. I trust that all of the ModernThirst faithful are enjoying Repeal Week. I’ve heard lots of good things from The Bourbon Society of Greater Cincinnati about their event on Monday, and continue to hear about great Repeal celebrations around the country. Most of these celebrations seem to involve bourbon. And why not? It is our Native Spirit. I have been holding onto this Semper Fi P.A which is brewed by Buzzards BayBrewing out of Westport, MA. for awhile. I should have drank it last night for the Marines 239th birthday, but I will have it tonight as I toast all who have served.
